My 2.5 year received a horrible hair cut from a another salon. I stopped in and asked if anyone was good with kids. I believe her name was Stephanie, said yes but she was done for the day. She saw my sons hair and said she would stay. My son cried and screamed the whole time, but she was so kind and patient. Gave my son lollipops and let him touch the combs, tried everything to calm him down. I can’t not say enough how wonderful she was. And the hair cut turned out so cute!

The Walmart website has the wrong hours. I heard more than 10 people complaining about it. I waited for an hour because of it. They got booked up in five minutes within opening and let the phone ring off the hook. I couldnt get the services I wanted as a walk-in because they were under staffed. And my hairdresser was very rude and insulted me. If you’re having a bad day, leave your customers out of it…. I still gave her a 40% tip.

I personally did not like my haircut. There was no option for a shampoo just straight to the chair. Barely an introduction by my stylist. I showed 2 photos and asked for a combo of the 2. I realize they are not magical creatures that can wave their shears, but please. There was no advice or guidance offered. She just hacked away. I do mean hacked. She never referenced the photos. What she did was wrong. It was the wrong cut for my face. She thinks one section. My entire head of hair needed to be thinned. I had almost a foot of hair cut off and I have thick hair. Short story… if you are looking for a huge change and looking for something up to date, this may not be the place for you.
