Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve been to this salon for myself and my 4 year old multiple times and had no issue. Today I took my 3 year old to get her hair trimmed, I got there at 5:25 when the salon isn’t supposed to close until 6pm. I asked if they could trim my daughters hair (which would only take 10 minutes if they would have done it), and the woman told me no because they wanted to start closing down. I dont know why they felt it was ok to turn away business during open hours so they could close up a half hour before closing time. They closed the gate at 5:30 as soon as I walked away. When I entered the business an employee was stuffing a handful of something in their mouth. I discovered it must have been some sort of cheese flavored snack /chips because when the employee was cutting my hair the stench was an overwhelming smell similar to vomit ,also the cost was extreme ,at $23.00 for less than five minutes work. Do not patronize.
