Usually not an issue with this place . But this time I called to get in the girl said they would be able to get us in at 6:30 . Got there at 6:20 and was told they wouldn’t be able to take my son they were all booked . I understand that sometimes you get busy but, if u get a call then don’t give false hope be up front and say something like we’re pretty busy and we can’t promise you’ll get in !

My daughter and I usually get our hair cut somewhere else, I was going to see if we can do a walk in here. Unfortunately my daughter and I will continue with somewhere else. The guy that is there is rather unpleasant and rude. I asked if they would take walk in he said yes but took a look at my daughter’s hair which is long and thick and said no we are booked up until we close. It was not busy actually people were standing around talking and laughing. So I just will go go to our regular hair dresser and will never step foot in there again
