Took my daughter here to get a haircut, as it was the only salon around that evening that wasn’t completely booked or had a crazy long wait. All we went for was a trim. Kassie gave her a trim, but she also made her cry. My daughter’s hair get tangled very easily and instead of trying to be gentle when she brushed through her hair, she just ripped right through the knots. And then when she started getting teary eyed about it, she told her it was necessary to brush it like that and to not be so sensitive. Definitely not taking her back to her in the future.

Beth did an amazing job on my sons hair, exactly what he wanted and spiked it for him too! Bri helped me pick out my colors for highlights, washed, cut and styled my hair and I couldn’t be happier! The best part of my experience though is how thoughtful everyone working there was. They were great with us and we will definitely be back again!

I wasted three and half hours of life that I will never get back to receive the worst cut and highlights I ever received. I made an appointment for four, I sat on bench then Robyn takes girl head of me to do a “quick” cut. I had a reference picture, she looked at. I questioned about color, she she said I seen picture. I ask her about the cut, she once again didn’t listen! I didn’t receive a bob with hidden undercut nor did I receive the color. This is bs! I want a full refund, I wasn’t happy last night but I am really not happy after I ve spent last two hours attempting to make my botched cut look like a 2 year cut it. Just know I still tipped you because I am nice person not because you done a good job.

Absolutely botched my hair. Came in for an appointment & asked for a trim. Pulled up a picture for reference, which was a wolf cut. They shaved all my hair off. They completely ruined my hair the first time I went as well. I came again for an appointment thinking maybe it wouldn’t be as bad this time. The way they cut my hair looks absolutely nothing like the reference. I am so utterly disgusted by how poor of a job was done & I absolutely hate the way my hair was done.
