Let me start by saying that my stylist, David, was incredibly friendly but he didn’t know what he was doing in terms of color. He told me right off the bat that he hasn’t done color in a while which was fine at first and he consulted with the manager, Marcie, since she was training him for a management position at another location. I told him that my stylists in the past have always done foils and in other words he told me that wasn’t necessary and a waste of materials. I’ve had blonde hair for ages and I’ve never ever had chemical burns like I did this time. I kept telling him that it’s burning way more than it should and that I was sweating profusely. He just put a fan on me and continued while my scalp kept burning. The hair dye was drying into dust, meanwhile, it was blowing into my face and I’m breathing all that dust in. I have scabs all over my head from the burns and my hair is dried out like never before. I’ve had headaches all week due to the burns on my head. I’m not happy because I paid a lot of money for services here to get tons of problems. I had this service done August 23rd 2022.
