I am very upset with my results. I had beautiful long natural curly hair that was passed the middle of my back. I explained how I wanted it cut and length I wanted. I told her I wanted long layers and the layers are completely trash! This was the end result. It’s shorter than I wanted and it is completely butchered. I called and talked to girl who had cut my hair and all she could say was she was sorry and for me to go back in to see her and she will fix it for free. This can not be fixed without taking more hair off. I’ll be going in and demanding a refund and go somewhere else to have it fixed!

I just go for haircuts but they’ve been good to me for the past three years. Friendly staff and the wait time isn’t too bad either unless it’s really busy. Fortunately, I can just tell them I want a haircut and they give me a wait-time so I can get groceries done return to get my hair cut.
