Brought my 82 year old mother in to get her hair done. She usually goes to the one at Centry 3 but her normal hairdresser left that salon so she decided to try the Salon at North Versailles. My mother always paid $135.00 for what she gets done. Brie did her hair and did a wonderful job she handed my mom the bill which was the usual $135.00 until the manager stepped in and said “No that price is wrong” and charged her $199.00. My mother stated that what she always paid at the other salon same company but the manager was so rude to her and said” Well this is my salon and I can charge what I want”. My mother was very quiet on the way home which is unusual so I finally asked her what was wrong. When she told me while tearing up how rude the manager was to her I wanted to go right back up there to confront her on how she can price gauge an elderly woman. But my mom said not to that she felt embarrassed enough. I will be contacting the company come Monday morning. Just beware that the manager can change the price as she sees fit.
