Went here a few years ago and remember leaving with wet hair on a windy day which was not fun (Wasn’t even offered hairdrying that time). Decided to give it another chance recently. The haircut itself was OK but I was told you get a free washing with the haircut so I decided to go with it hoping they would dry my hair this time as I needed to shop after. They cut my hair when it was still wet and when they were done asked if I wanted my hair dried for an additional $5. I know $5 isn’t that much but it feels like a scam to offer free wash with the purchase of a haircut but then charge you for the drying. They should tell you BEFORE washing your hair that you have to pay them more to dry it, if I had known beforehand I would of skipped the wash.

Would not recommend for children’s cuts. My son left today with bleeding cuts and abrasions all over his neck and behind his ears from the stylist’s clippers when she cleaned up his edges/neck. He was not wiggly other than flinching away each time he was cut. I watched the stylist transition from her previous client to my son, and I did not see that she sanitized the clippers after her previous client so now I get to worry about whatever was on the clippers from the previous client getting into in my 6 year old’s bloodstream. I brought all of these concerns to the attention of 2 stylists and was offered a 10% discount on services as a resolution.
