About 4 months ago I went there to have 6 inches cut and also my hair layered…..I left there with 12.5 inches cut off, a choppy style not layered and the girl chopped my bangs off to look stupid. Needless to say I was very unhappy and cried. Before this experience Ive gone here twice a year for an ok haircut. But never again will I be back. The hair dressers are not friendly and do not talk to you. If I could have left my glasses on when she cut my hair I could have seen what the girl was doing and told her to stop. But she told me to take my glasses off and im blind without my glasses….I will never be back!

If I could give zero starts I absolutely would. The “hairdresser” That did my hair, Aaliyah, chopped my bangs so short and so uneven there’s no fixing them until they grow out in three weeks or longer. When I asked to see a manager I was told she was busy and I’d have you wait for her go get fond doing someone’s hair. So I called corporate. Her response was go give me a refund and suggested I go out of town to another one of their hair salons to get it fixed. I think NOT. She says “well I’m not the one that cut up ur hair” Lesson learned. Do not go to a chain to get your hair done. Aaliyah has NO business cutting hair.
