My hairdresser, Fiona, was super professional and I am very happy with how my hair turned out! Many people are complaining about the store not being open, but that was back when Covid was still bad enough to have the business closed. I’ve never had a problem here and I will continue to go. The store under new management now and it’s even better!

Critical: ProfessionalismGot charged for two heads or color because she said my daughter has a lot of hair. However she only did half of her head (Top only.) $200 plus tip.My daughter said she wanted burgundy highlights (her hair is black). However, supposedly the stylist said she picked red. Okay, fine…we will live with red. She told us to leave the color on for two days. So, we did that. Mean while my daughter’s hair is staining everything. The 3rd day my daughter finally washed it out it it was pink and bleached and parts the dye didn’t even touch. It looked awful.After politely telling the sylist that my daughter’s hair is now pink and blonde and all sorts of weird colors, she said to bring her in and she will fix it. Cool. No biggie. I was happy she was going to fix HER MISTAKE.When we got there, we told her she wants burgundy, like a dark reddish brown (WHAT SHE ORIGINALLY WANTED. “Well that’s a totally different color.” The stylist said. I SAID, Obviously we don’t want that red again because it didn’t stay in her hair and turned it strange colors! Now I was starting get frustrated.Long story short, the stylist (Val) stated, “Usually if you want a different color you will be charged again because now I have to pay for all those bottles of color out of my pocket because she has so much of it. But it’s fine.” She definitely made my 13 year old kid sad that she has “so much hair!” I said, “We did not know the permanent hair color was going to wash out in two days.” Stylist said, “Well, I usually have to do my daughter’s every 3 weeks.” Who the hell colors their hair every 3 weeks? Talk about unprofessional…my thoughts were, “listen lady, I paid for two heads of hair for $200.00 and shouldve be been charged $75 for a full head of dye. Once again, she only did HALF OF HER HEAD.All in all, my daughter no longer looks like she has clown hair, however, there are still patches of blonde from the bleach, but I will take care of it. I will not be back. All she had to do was fix her hair, but she wanted to rub it in my face that I should’ve been charged a second time. Wow… Not cool.
