Went there on Sunday after a hair color disaster (at my own fault). The first woman was honest with me (I was in such a panic at first that I didn’t catch her name), she said there wasn’t much that could be done to salvage the blonde I had. I appreciated the honesty, as the alternative would have been to try and fix it and risk damaging my hair even further. After that, Kait was able to fit me in for a hair cut to help me with the breakage. She was thorough, took her time and was very sweet. They did not make me feel judged or embarrassed for trying to do my hair on my own, and they were so helpful with next steps. 10/10.

Beautician did not let perm set long enough, when 20 minutes was up she didn’t check curl, just put neutralizer on. Everyone’s hair perms differently And I have never before had a beautician not check the curl. My hair looks Ike she didn’t even get hardly any solution on the bottom of the sides or back. I now have curls on top and waves on bottom. Would not go again or recommend. They also use a cheap perm and charge to much.

I sat my daughter down, told the stylist what we were thinking (a full color job) then I let her do her thing while I went shopping. I come back and the stylist did highlights instead of a full color and charged me $150 after tax for something we didn’t want. Very disappointed Blowdry, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
