Not really happy with my hair cut! I asked for what the pictures was like near the register I. Was told yes no problem, ok I was washed cut dried not any curl like the picture and I was told ok all set, I guess I should of known better after my waxing from last visit was a not so great job,And when I show up not one person in the place $63.00 later yes $63.00 for a uneven cut and my lip waxed ,the girl was ok but did not do what I wanted and for that price it’s a joke!Good luck with that place, I won’t be back and for me to contact the manager? Who’s that hope it wasn’t the one that cut my uneven hair , Really unhappy now I have to go drop another $ amount to get this in a big hurry mess straightened up

I had the worse ever hair cut at your salon yesterday. It actually took 3 stylists to finish the job. The first one (girl with purple hair)started to chop on dry hair leaving large uneven spots. I asked her 3 times to please use the clippers on the back of my head and she ignored me then walked off asking another to finish the job. My son then could no longer contain himself and said that someone must fix my hair correctly so a third stylist came and did her best to repair the damage as best she could. Needless to say, my hair is a pitiful sight. I am very disappointed and will be keeping my hair covered for the remainder of my vacation. Thanks Smartstyle.

Stopped in for a quick cut on my lunch hour. Danna listened to me and did exactly what I needed !! She was polite and got me in and out so I wasn’t late getting back to work. I’m not easy to please when it comes to my wild hair. I would definitely recommend her and I myself will schedule future appointments with her. Job well done !! Haircut

My girlfriend went in there the day of her graduation party to get her hair cut done and curled but Deanna lied to her multiple times and then she goes in there today to get her hair cut and she said the same thing. I definitely do not recommend worse place ever and my girlfriend is not the only one she has done that stuff to either.

Made an appointment online. Got there and they were closed. Quite irritated to be honest. I went to another walk in hair salon on the other side of town. A former employee of smart style was there. She explained to me that the online scheduling doesn’t interface with the salon’s scheduling. Ok. Fair enough. But why have online scheduling then?! Someone messed up some where. Super Cuts was great though! 5 stars

Wasn’t happy with the haircut my son received. It was butchered. Long here, short there and they didn’t even bother to do the style I asked for either. I had to buzz it a few days later because of how awful it looked. Would not recommend!

They were absolutely wonderful. They listen to what there customers want. I had the pleasure of having Joelle cut and highlight my hair. She was amazing. I am clueless when it comes to hair. She took the time to listen. Answered every question I had. She made me feel like I was at home as all the stylists there are all friendly.
