This is my sons neck after his hair cut today at 215pm. Hannah was rude and her attitude was clearly like she didn’t want to be there today. I had an appt at 230 today to wash and style including straightening and she told me she didn’t have the time to do that. They asked me to leave the store while I stood there and waited for my son to get his hair cut. This place is a joke. I asked for a supervisor and Hannah said that there wasn’t any available that I can call on Monday to speak with one. Which I will most definitely be doing. I shouldn’t have had to pay for her hurting my son and marking up his neck this way.
