Made an appointment this morning for 1045 showed up a little early checked in. The lady at the counter didn’t say anything to me. I was waiting with my daughter I noticed people coming in and getting called to go back for their cut. Around 1130 I ask how much longer it’s going to be, again the girl doesn’t say a word she walks away 2 stylists come over whispering to each other. One walked away and the other very rudely tells me it’s going to be another 45 minutes. My appointment was at 1045, was on time (early). They were very rude, I was not friendly back. Drove to Utica to get my hair done, will never go back there again.

I went in for a simple haircut and layers and they didn’t listen! They left it two inches too long and when I went to have it fixed somewhere else today they said my hair was really uneven and it wasn’t layered at all. I definitely won’t be going back and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
