Not sure about other staff but Cindee does her haircuts very very quickly, doesn’t take her time to give you a welcoming experience. Not much conversation as if she wants you out as quickly as possible even when not busy at all. Shampoos and conditions so fast it just barely rinses out all the product. Would not recommend. I will never go back to that one. I miss the days of GREAT quality $16 haircuts.

First and foremost i understand we all deserve to get our scheduled lunch but you would think they would plan accordingly to the schedule i had set up a 12:30 appt the other day and when I went to go in and they had the gate closed and wouldn’t be back till 12:45 “mind you i setup this appointment time to work with my scheduled break so if i waited till 12:45 i would be late going back to work. This will have been the 4th week in a row I’ve tried getting a hair cut from there.. disappointed and will never attempt to go back there again.

I went in to get split ends and bangs, showed her exactly what I wanted it to look like and she cut my bangs way to short!!!! They were supposed to be just below my eye brow and they are almost half way up my forehead!!!!!!! Even after I asked if when they were dry if they would be longer she lied and said they would!!!! They are now dry and I even tried straighting them and they are still hideous and uneven!!!!! Wish I would have gotten her name but she never gave it to me!!!! Never will I go here again!!!!

Did a fantastic job, doing exactly what I asked for. I came out a new woman! We had lovely conversation and laughed the whole way through. Huge thanks to Jessica for doing my hair this weekend. Jessica has been my stylist for a while now and I took a risk this weekend. She advised me on what was possible and what wasn’t with my hair color and hair history. Being Latina I have thick and tight curls and I have a hard time just going in to any salon and having my hair done. I trust the girls here to advise me on what’s possible with my hair.
