Need more people working on the weekends. The people who work there are friendly enough and do an alright job but no matter what time I have been there they seem severely under staffed… I literally was waiting for them to open and came in just after they opened the gate at 10:03 and i was told it would be an hour and a half wait and only 1 person was working. This has happened the last few times ive tried to come here…..my hair cut only takes 5 or 10 min so it is easier and quicker to just to drive to oswego.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Unreal with these guys! Asked for a simple 2-1 fade on my husband and it’s completely botched! $16 plus a tip for this chick (Julia) too leave several large patches of untouched hair and the worst fade I’ve ever seen! I’m stunned…going for a refund tomorrow and I’ll have to finish the cut but going over it all with a 1″. Don’t waste your time…
