Well to start with, I only have one leg I’m waiting on my prosthesis I went there sitting in a scooter and got into the chair so the young lady could wash my hair she did a beautiful job Melissa there I went to go and get up and because the chairs are so low I had a very very hard time and they were there for me including my daughter they were all there as a team which I was so appreciative for what they did for me. But I do wish you could get a chair that people with disabilities could sit in and have it pump up in order to be able to get back on the scooter or get into the wheelchair. They all did a beautiful job but I wish you would consider sending up one of the stalls for people with disabilities that would be totally awesome I really feel that it would increase your profits financially especially when people find out that you set up a place for people with disabilities. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just want to start out saying I did go to customer service first. NO response at all. So might just go public. Worst haircut ever. All I wanted was it to be cleaned up. Have the hard part cleaned up. Easy right? NOPE. She started out okay. But then she started on the hardpart. And missed the line by 1/2 inch i had two hard parts. So she trimmed between the two parts. And not very good. So a hard part should be at most an 1/8th now I have a 1/2 inch. I was horrified. I couldn’t leave the haircut with hair on both sides. So I told her to trim the one side down as much as possible so it looks better but I am a 50 year old guy not a teenager with a punk haircut. But my cut was way worse. I looked like a clown a CLOWN. I was so mad and embarrassed. Horrible. And not one person responded from customer service. I went into the salon at Queensbury NY Walmart for my eyebrows to waxed… I wish I wouldn’t have. The lady, super rude. Ignored me when I sat down and was talking to her. I walked in and wanted a half up half down hair style for a wedding. Shelby the young blonde hair lady did my hair. She did a fantastic job. I would suggest going here. I paid $39 plus a tip and it was worth every dollar. I didn’t have to wait in line either.
