Received a cut sometime this past month but was too busy to write this review. Saw the girl who was supposed to be cutting my hair on her phone non stop. Unprofessional. As well as the fact my cut was uneven and not what I wanted. This place was good until this past experience. This was a female I’ve never seen before. I don’t recommend going. Paying for a disgusting hair cut because the hair stylist doesn’t wanna listen to what the customer (me) wants.

I personally have never had a problem here for my two boys. They are always friendly with them. My youngest son has a lot of calics in his hair and the woman who did his hair the last time did a great job on it. Best haircut he ever had. she really paid attention to the details of his hair and made it lay flat . Nobody has ever done that.

Hello, today I got one of my 2 worst haircuts EVER and I am 61! I asked for layers with tapering in the front ..it looks like a child cut my hair! Nicole did an awful job and charged me $18+ for it! I will be calling them tomorrow fr a refund! I will give her credit for returning my wallet after I left it at the store and returned for it. She gets an A+ for honesty for the wallet but that does nothing for how my hair looks now. Very sad tonight Mary Scott

I was a walk-in. Stylist said it would be 20 minutes so I left my name and did some shopping. Returned in 20 minutes to an empty salon and the stylist talking on the phone for an additional 15 minutes before seating me. I don’t know their terminology and asked for a basic short hair cut (not a burr, buzz cut, or flat top). When she finished my completely unremarkable trim she charged me a higher price saying it was a custom cut because she had to use 2 different attachments. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with a WalMart haircut, I shall not return.

This was the absolute worst experience EVER! When my family and I initially asked how long it would be we were told an hour (this was Saturday morning at 10:40 am) and my aunt told the woman we’d be back at 11:40. She said okay. At 11:40 my cousin, my aunts adopted daughter and I came back, we were told it’d be a few minutes it ended up being forty five minutes before I was called. Before I got my hair cut one of the stylists took their friend back which aggravated me. After I got my hair cut another stylist came in and asked how she could help my aunt and my aunt told her my cousin and other family member were waiting to get their hair cuts. The stylist who did my hair I don’t remember her name but she was short with shirt dark hair was extremely rude to my aunt and said she’d been rude to her the whole visit, this was a lie because my aunt had checked out at Walmart and put our groceries away and came back. My family doesn’t appreciate the rudeness we experienced nor will we ever come back. Your stylists need to learn customer service.
