I’ve been to many over priced salons where I’ve been left with a haircut I absolutely hate. After my last attempt to get a haircut at one of those salons, I figured I would try to get it fixed at SmartStyle. I read the reviews online, and chose Tracy (she’s also the manager). Tracy fixed my raggedy hair in no time!! Apparently my very thick hair just needed to be texturized. After she did that, my hair looked exactly like the picture I’ve been showing all other stylists. Thankfully Tracy knew exactly what to do, and I was thrilled! I will definitely be back to see her when its time for a trim, and I will also be brining my family. Tracy was amazing!

Giving 4 stars because it’s fast and easy and most of the girls can cut my hair like I want it. BUT this last time my stylist stopped the cut at least 4 times to answer the phones. She didn’t have a choice but it made the trip a disaster and I feel like my cut wasn’t what it could have been if focus wasn’t on answering the phones

The lady that took me didn’t know how to do the cut I wanted so she had “the manager” stop with another client and do mine. I still didn’t get what I wanted. The front looks nice, but the back of my hair looks like a toddler took scissors to it.

She was very apologetic and was willing to make it right. I made an appointment for the following Monday. Tracy, the manager, spent alot of time fixing and making sure my hair was right. I initially had an issue as a returning customer. I came here to get a cut before Christmas, that didn’t end up right. I emailed the manager and got a prompt response. She was very apologetic and was willing to make it right. I made an appointment for the following Monday. Tracy, the manager, spent alot of time fixing and making sure my hair was right. I walked in to the business and there was one lady working on a customer and two other employees behind the desk. They acted like they didn’t want to acknowledge me. One was on her phone and the guy had exceptionally long painted fingernails. I would not want him touching me with those fingernails. Their customer service Was not friendly or welcoming. They asked me if I was some other lady and I said no they didn’t even ask me if they could help me they just kind of stared at me. There was no smiling going on I felt uncomfortable and left. They said that I could come back in 2 1/2 hours from the time I was there which was not convenient. The other lady May have been fine but I wouldn’t want either of those other two messing with me. I will find someone else to cut my hair.

The stylist did not do one thing I requested. I specifically asked for a razor cut when I made the appointment. I confirmed it twice when I got there. She cut it with scissors making excuses until I insisted then she didn’t have a razor and had to borrow one. I asked for length to be left over my ears -she cut around them. I asked for the back to be fringed. She cut it straight across. I told her not to take much length off. She cut it very short. I could go on, but you get it. It’s only hair. It’ll grow back. But I’m most certainly not a happy camper.
