Critical: QualityLet’s just say I cried for two days. I absolutely never write reviews but this was a must to save another woman from my nightmare! My hair was nothing like the picture samples I showed her. My hair is completely destroyed now all chopped up and uneven. When I questioned the length I was told no it shoulder length as I felt her chop more and more in horror I was frozen. Then as she said she was done I ran my hands through it in complete shock and I even said this sides were uneven she looked annoyed!! I just said don’t touch it anymore in fear it would get even worse!! My hair is now neck short with the longest price reaching my chin when I asked for shoulder length layer hair I ended up with a choppy bob this was a horrible nightmare! I wouldn’t waist your time!!! I came to set up a appointment the stylist was needing to run to the bank, she recorded my number said she would be back 20-30 minutes that she would send a text. Needing nothing from walmart I continued to walk around the store to waist time waiting for a text. 45 minutes later I finally just walked back up and asked how much longer it may be, she replied with we wouldn’t send a text you missed your appointment. This lady took my phone twice the first time in was in and assured me she was going to text. No appointment time was established due to”running to the bank” They will WAIST your time!!!! Don’t waist your vacation for a salon that doesn’t care.

Susan helped me, she was so friendly and took my appointment even though it didn’t show in their system. I wanted a simple cut that made my hair all one length. It was done quickly and with care. You can make an appointment online, but only gives you one option, wash and cut and that’s it. When I went and told the lady what I wanted which wasn’t wash and cut, she opened her eyes really big and asked “so what is it?” As soon as I said wash and blow dry, she wasn’t happy. Once, she was working on my hair, she confessed that she doesn’t like to blow dry hair and that if she knew that was what I was having from the very beginning when I made the appointment, she would’ve had the other lady do it because, it is something that she doesn’t like to do. Since it just puts too much work on her arms. Still, she did my hair and let’s just say that I started to cry as soon as I got into my car, I got home and washed my hair removed all the product she sprayed on it, my hair was puffy and couldn’t even pass my fingers thru it. I never had an experience like that before and I’m never going back.
