Picture one is what stylist one called good. To me, it looks unfinished. Picture two is what stylist 2 done to correct it after I had complained. Yes my child had moved slightly a time or two but not enough where I would call this done or work to be proud of. They both were in a hurry and impatient which didn’t help. Won’t be going back there. Do not recommend for children.

It’s been 3 mo’s since my last haircut which was an inverted bob. Long in the front and it gradually gets shorter in the back. It’s not a hard haircut. I specifically said “trim” more than once. I told her I was going to a fancy party that night, i just wanted a trim. I said i don’t want it too short in the front, i want it to hide my double chin and front of my neck.. after she cut the back I see her sectioning and cutting the side straight across, not at an angle. I said wait, i don’t want it too short in the front and i don’t want a step. I want it longer in the front cut at an angle.she assured me that what she’s doing.. All she had to do was use my long inverted bob as a guide. . Nope. She’s cutting and checking by combing my hair back and clipping all the uneven pieces. I started panicking. An inverted bob is supposed to be uneven. I left with a very short straight across bob right below my ear. My complete neck and double chin completely exposed. I held in the tears and barely made it to the car before sobbing uncontrollably. She was very nice but didn’t listen to a word i said and gave me opposite of what I asked for.

I walked in wanting a trim and a brown to red ombre. I was originally looking for someone but he no longer worked there I walked to the older woman’s shorter brown hair with glasses chair and I started telling her how I liked it and immediately felt she was nervous or didn’t know know what she was doing because she ended up basically forcing the older man Tim to take me. Once I got to him he started asking me how to do the ombre, like I’m supposed to know. He asked Selena so many questions it made me feel uncomfortable trusting him with my hair. At this point I left. However when I got home I realized the older woman chopped a few inches off my hair in preparation for my trim but I didn’t know she did that! Why cut off someone’s hair if you don’t intend to do it! Very upset and will NEVER come here again. Selena seems to be the only one who knows what she’s doing.

My wife came to this location because her stylist in the Del prado wal-mart location, was transferred with out advising her. She showed up for her appointment, only to find that her sylist had been transferred. Did not receive notice and did’nt particularly care either. The person that was working that day, gave her incorrect info as to where she had been transferred. My wife liked the color and highlights that Shenil did so started calling locations in the area, trying to find her. Thought she had found her at the Pine Island location and booked. Got there, but no Shenil but Salena. Selina did her hair to her satisfaction and booked next appointment for Mar. 28th. Needed to call to cancel, and no appointment was booked in the system. Good thing as she would have showed up for her appointment and nothing in the system. Shenil, apparently, never made it to Pine Island either. Just very unorganized and if you book an appointment, confirm a few days ahead as they can’t seem to get their scheduling accurate. Thanks for reading.
