I came to this saloon several times with in 1 month, for hair cut, perm and color. Ana the new manager is very professional, she understand what I wand and what I need. I will keep going to this saloon for hair services. My daughter is very picky for hair cut, and she is very satisfied itch the cat done by Ana. Game Time
I went for a balayage and paid there top dollar. The hair stylist said she has experience and can do it , half way through she seemed nervous and then at the end she rushed me out the door. When I got home and looked in the mirror I was horrified. I have dark roots and it looks like all she did was take the paint brush and painted straight down with no blending. I have a huge line and on top of that, the part that is supposed to be blonde is punkin orange. I had to pay a lot of money somewhere else to fix it. How can you let someone leave like that and pay and tip you full price? Never again.

I was shopping at Wall Mart and upon leaving saw that the Biolage products were on sale so I proceeded to buy a couple of products. One item was marke $27 and the other one $18. The girl that checked me out rang the item $28 instead. When I brought it to their attention, they said that the prices went up and if I wanted it I had to pay $28. The manager was very uncooperative. She would not sell me that product for the price marked. It was clearly marked. I know if something is marked , you have to honor that price no matter what the computer says.
