I took my 2 sons here with an appointment so I was a little mad when the other stylist took walk ins instead of doing both my children at the same time (like the appt I booked). However by the time I left I was glad this happened because I very much like the stylist my boys had, named Sugar. She was very nice to my overly shy boys (age 12&20) and I loved the way she cut their hair. She gave them exactly what was asked for. This was the first time that my overly critical boys got there hair cut and had absolutely nothing bad to say ( not even to me). This was about 3-4 months ago and I am thinking about it now because my older wants another haircut and he is requesting “the nice lady that did a really good job” so I have to book an appointment but only with her. My younger son would go to but he wants his hair long…….today anyway

I have been coming to this place for years. I have been happy with haircuts that I’ve got here and once in a while I also do just a wash and blow dry. There prices usually as per their website and the card in the salon for a basic (which I asked is just shampoo and blow dry, no curling or flat iron) is $14.97 which I usually pay. Today was charged $26.00. When I told them Thats what I don’t usually pay not only I was argued I was wrong, and was told it was the new owner fault the price increases (which it didn’t) the girl threw my change on the counter and walked away . That sad thing is that was happy with my hair as usual and was going to leave her a good tip, but after that attitude you just lost a loyal customer. Very sad and disappointed

And calling since Saturday to add another appointment. No one answers the phones here, no signs saying they will either A:not open or B: not coming to work for whatever reason.It is 1045am. Went to the one in Middletown NY.. horrible service. The woman that did my hair was good, but the other people had horrible customer service. The lady next to me was working on her daughter’s hair, and apparently didn’t do ombre correctly. So she was YELLING at her mother the whole time. I finally told her to shut up cuz it was annoying and children were there. Then she got up from her chair and acted like she was gonna hit me. Manager did nothing! Oh, and my $19.95 haircut was now $39.95 per the manager. I called corporate, left cell and home number, never got a call back. Will never go back again!! Woman that did my hair said this is a common thing. Stylists working on family members, when they are not supposed too.

Wow. They changed their hours to a 7pm close. Came in the first time for my son at 20 minutes to 7, was told he couldn’t get a cut. Okay, fine. Came back the next day and politely talked to the manager and was told it’s their policy to not take customers that close to closing. I disagreed with the policy, but fine, whatever. Showed up today at 40 minutes to 7, hurrying because I know their policy now. Guess what? The lady there was “in the middle of something” and couldn’t do a haircut FORTY MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. Why not just close at 6? Or 5? Better yet, why don’t wait until you have all the time in the world after you’ve alienated all your long time customers…
