Went in today to get my hair trimmed. It’s been a long time since I had my hair cut and it’s been a difficult year for me. Thought I’d treat myself but really didn’t want alot off ( yes I have dry brittle hair and they always want to chop off 6 inches but it’s not what I want!). Vanessa is the hairdresser I go to and trust to cut my hair right! I like a specific style of faux hawk and she always manages to help the style fit my head shape and she fades it so it doesn’t get patchy when it grows out again. The price is good for a struggling 20-something-year-old to afford every few months, and I’ve never been disappointed with their service. I feel comfortable coming here for as long as I have hair!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly, I have a regular place I go but I wanted to try this place out since I saw 5 stars as reviews. Well, I got very bad vibes immediately when walking in. They are middle aged to old women, not one young person working there and not one young person being worked on. So the lady at the desk was rude and had an attitude. You can def tell the kind of client they have and it is middle aged to older women. Their client is def not a younger market. So I was explaining to the lady what I wanted and after I saw her facial expression, and the stuff she was saying, I immediately left. I bolted for the door. She was also rude and had an attitude. She had no idea what she was talking about and that was very clear. I saw giant red flags immediately and ran as fast as I could. Mind you, I was not even asking for something crazy or special. My dog could do what I was asking for. A simple cut and dye. Guess that was just too much.

I have my hair done at this salon when im in town, and can i just say WOW! All the ladies are nice and attentive. Dont let their age fool you! They have had years of new training and can keep up with these young girls just out of school. If you need a fresh color or a set of highlights Jennifer is absolutely your girl. 10/10 would reccomend.
