Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an amazing experience at Smart Style!! I came in to do a complete hair transformation and I think they did an incredible job. I had set an appointment the day before and they took me right on time. I came in asking more than they anticipated but they still offered me their services graciously. My stylist was Adryana who was very kind and friendly, and of course very talented! She gave me the exact color and cut that I was looking for and I was very happy with it. She even curled and styled my hair before I left at no additional cost!! Some of the other stylists also gave me advice on how to keep the color in my hair for as long as possible. I had an amazing experience at Smart Style!! I came in to do a complete hair transformation and I think they did an incredible job. I had set an appointment the day before and they took me right on time. I came in asking more than they anticipated but they still offered me their services graciously. My stylist was Adryana who was very kind and friendly, and of course very talented! She gave me the exact color and cut that I was looking for and I was very happy with it. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had a 5pm appointment. Sign on the desk said be back shortly. I waited and called for 10 minutes straight. No stylist or customers. Then the stylist comes out and starts on her own hair without removing the sign. Phone was off hook and not being answered. I interrupted her and she begins to tell me I’m late and that she didn’t know she had an appointment( I had made one the day before). And I show her that the phone isn’t ringing by showing my phone history and calling the number in front of her. I told her she obviously has more important things to do( no customers but dye in her own hair)so I canceled my appointment and left. I now have 60 dollars worth of gift cards I have that will never be used. Extremely rude. NEVER EVER going back. I never felt so disrespected in my whole life. Then the stylist comes out and starts on her own hair without removing the sign. Phone was off hook and not being answered. I decided to try and have a different hairdresser than they had and I had to keep telling her where she missed places with the clippers really long pieces of hair, bangs were very choppy really noticeable. I will NEVER go here again I Absolutely do NOT recommend to anyone. So glad my sons hair grows fast poor kid. [I had Ruth] i honestly want to be refunded. I shouldn’t have even paid to begin with I should have just walked out with my son, but I didn’t want to make a scene with my son or have him self-conscious about the haircut it takes a lot to bring him somewhere to get his hair cut. Absolutely horrible. Everyone i know who has been here had bad haircuts. I decided to try and have a different hairdresser than they had and I had to keep telling her where she missed places with the clippers really long pieces of hair, bangs were very choppy really noticeable. Positive: Punctuality, QualityI went in this morning and got my hair cut, curled, and died blue. Amy was my stylist and not only did she do an amazing job on my hair she was very nice and professional. Would recommend this salon- thank you so much Amy Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Haircut
