Critical: Quality, ValueSo here’s what I asked for n what I got! I do take into the style n color that I know won’t be exactly the same however………. I could have done a better job! ……I’m also not going to add my daughters cause I don’t want their faces on here but…. I went in a week before and asked for 3 cuts styles! I was told bring a pic! As we did! When we showed the pics to them they say…. Ahhhhhhh like they couldn’t or didn’t know what they where doing! What we asked for n what we got are ten different things! No style and was rushed even tho I asked for them to book time so they weren’t! Told them we may do some colors! But where rushed and told they had others to attend to! We where only there an hr! For the 3 of us! Layers r not blended even tho it’s not what I asked for they could have been blended looks like a 5yo old did it! My daughter stated she wanted it short n they lady says I left it this Long… nooooo made us feel like we couldn’t get it shorter as that would take more time! My other daughters hair took 15min was so rushed not even funny! I just had to cut her hair because it was un even hair in her eyes from the bangs not being done right they arnt even! Nothing is right! I even tipped! I didn’t even get a thank u or anything! Also was so rushed I left the products I had picked out while waiting the extra 15 min to even b tales to! Stood there! I don’t recommend them at all! I now have to go pay someone else mad money to fix us!! I have it pulled back cause I’m so embarrassed! Mind u my hair was down to my butt and now to shoulders just enough to pull back thank god! I was ok w it at first cause it was wet n thought it was ok enough to deal w but oooo it drying and actually seeing everyone’s hair omg! Nope! Don’t go here save ur money go somewhere else! Critical: QualityI was not pleased whatsoever with my haircut. I have visibly VERY curly hair and I was hoping that this salon would treat my hair correctly and make it look put together and spot on. I showed the barber a picture of what looked I wanted and offered a descriptive summary of what I wanted to get out of the appointment. After the haircuts I was IN AWE, I could not stand to look at my hair at all. There were no curls and there were loose ends with frizz EVERYWHERE. Not coming back . I was not pleased whatsoever with my haircut. I have visibly VERY curly hair and I was hoping that this salon would treat my hair correctly and make it look put together and spot on. I showed the barber a picture of what looked I wanted and offered a descriptive summary of what I wanted to get out of the appointment.
