Usually I have my hair cut and It is just what I want this time the hairdresser refused to cut my hair as short as I wanted saying it would stand up straight and be spiky I told her that perhaps I wanted a spiky style and she said I am not cutting it any shorter. The week before she cut my sons hair and it was at an angle in the back he went back to get it fixed and she cut it at an angle on the other side. I have been getting my hair cut at Smart style for 2 years I will not be returning. It was a very difficult experience.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in yesterday for a hair cut, and a wash. Wanted a simple pixie, not that hard right? WRONG. I walked out, with the SAME hair cut/style I had prior to the “hair cut” only difference was it was washed and a quarter inch if that shorter! NOT what I asked for by any means. I didnt tip, and got a major attitude but why would I tip for something that was terrible and not what I asked for and for an attitude?? I called and come in and got a refund, the “general manager” jipped me 92 cents, that’s apparently what the manager felt the hair cut was worth. Great salon, very nice staff! They are very personable & knowledgeable. They always help out in any way they can with haircuts, styling & colors! Definitely recommend!
