I went in for a walk in and was able to get a cut right away. The stylist was kinda rude and very standoffish. I think she was the manager because during the haircut she was not yelling but being abrasive towards another employee, really it should not have been a conversation to have in front of customers. Horrible atmosphere and as a customer I felt uncomfortable and feel bad for the employees. She completely took off one of my sideburns, left some patches of uncut hair, and it’s very noticeably uneven. Thank god it’s cold enough to still wear a hat. I almost don’t even want to call and see if they will fix it because the stylist had such a bad attitude.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIt’s 1/5/20 my daughter had an appointment for 1:30 today. We arrived around 1:20 and the appointment before us was all done. They paid and left, Deanne the woman working said she had to clean up. Instead of quickly cleaning to get my daughters appointment underway, she chatted with her coworker and leisurely moves about her work station. Without speaking a work to us at all, she headed to the back of the salon with the same coworker. Very unprofessional, especially considering the woman who does my hair here Liz is very professional and polite. My daughter was a “test subject”, her hair in dire need… I call the day , to schedule a same day appt for this hair emergancy. Well, long story to the short, she squeezed me into her already fully booked day, worked with mt daughter for her very first salon appt with a professional. My daughter doesn’t usually do well for any type of appt, but this lady, working solo, did a phenomenal job and my daughter felt so comfortable. I was beyond impressed! Kudos to u! My daughter absolutely loves it!

I have stopped several times seeing 1 stylist cutting hair and 2or more sitting playing with their phones and be told it will take 2 or more hours to get a cut. N i usaly tip 10.00 for a hair cut. It happen 5 days in a row now i go elsewhere.
