Hello I just recently received a haircut at this establishment on friaday, and only realized it was uneven the day after my appointment. While I realize I should’ve provided a reference photo for my hairstylist to better illustrate what I want done with my hair and that is on me, however I would atleast expect them to make an even cut on both sides or say something to the customer if they notice its uneven and ask for clarification.

Everyone is friendly, especially Kayla in Augusta. Can’t remember who but the young lady that cut my 3 year olds hair was gentle and kind. Wouldn’t think it, but this place is top notch for what it is.

The only reason I’m giving this place three stars is because I’ve been going there for years and have been usually seeing Kayla. I booked an appointment for 5:30 today. When I arrived I told them I was checking in. The woman cutting hair in a very rude tone told me I was late and that I would need to reschedule. The day I made the appointment I was at work so I called up my coworker and asked her what time I made the appointment for and she said, “5:30 because you said, that’s perfect cause I work til 5!” I looked forward to this appointment all week and couldn’t believe the attitude I received from this employee. I’ve never felt so embarrassed, especially when I know it was not a mistake on my end. I honestly would have rescheduled cause I’m pretty easy going but customer service to me is huge and I’m sorry but her attitude isn’t going to bring you in business. I’m not sure I’ll be back. Don’t worry, somewhere gladly took my business yesterday.

If you want amazing color at super cheap prices go see Kayla! She consistently knocks it out of the park. I get eccentric styles and colors(my hair is currently purple pink and blue) and she always delivers. I have had cuts from a couple other girls and they’ve done great too even though I went off script from the norm. I got what I wanted not what they wanted.

I drove over an hour to the salon just to be told they did not have any available appointments and that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. I LOVE the atmosphere in this salon. Travis has been cutting and coloring mine and my girlfriend’s hair for almost a whole year (and more years to come). You know that feeling when you’ve finally found that perfect hair stylist you can’t live without? Travis fulfills that dream 110%! The manager Kayla is also amazing always coming over and making us all laugh. Both of them including the other stylists display such a warm welcome and friendly vibe.
