I had a very bad experience 3 years ago. I left crying and called another salon to fix my hair immediately. I just recently decided to try to come back, after meeting Tammy. She’s very professional, courteous and assured me each step of the way as to what she was doing; as I’d told her of my past experience there. I have been in 3 times in the last several months. I have been greeted warmly, offered tea, and made to feel like I was Tammy’s number 1 client, friend….almost like her family. I had an okay experience here a couple years ago, but I decided to give it another go this morning and I am GLAD I did! I was looking for a pretty big change, I’m talking about 10+ inches off my hair that fell around mid-back and adding curtain bangs for some face framing. Tammy did my haircut and style, she explained everything she was doing and why, and I felt very secure with her! She was thorough and so pleasant to interact with. The staff is thorough and courteous. They pay close attention to detail and make an attempt to retain your regular preference of hair style. I ordered, as usual, the cut and shampoo, which includes a head massage (a relaxing and satisfying addition to the cutting services provided). Krystal, my stylist, is friendly and careful to get right the style of my choice. SmartStyle discounts, via their website and emails, also make the price much more worth the trip (you will have to sign up for emails). I highly recommend haircuts from SmartStyle.

Actually, it’s a Regis salon. The stylist followed what I wanted. I just walked in, they took good care of me. There were 2 other walk-ins after me who were taken care of in a timely manner. They sell professional products. I like that it’s in Wal-Mart where there is also a nail salon, bank and coffee shop.I can shop, get my nails and hair done.
