If you like long hairs and want to color them please don’t go to this place. I had really nice long hairs and now I have to cut them really short reason being I made a mistake coloring here. The stylist had done at least 5-6 experiments and nothing worked out at last my hair was dyed dark( I already have black hairs ) because they couldn’t get me to the color I wanted ( copper brown or burgundy ) instead after the bleaches and ashes(don’t know what the heck it is )and what not it was turned ugly green. I was given discount which I appreciate. However I had spent so much money on straightening in February n went to this place in April n my hairs are extremely damaged and rough that I have to cut them short…so my straightening and coloring cost is all wasted neither do I am satisfied. Just wasted a lot of my money.Wish I would have never gone there.

I’ve been going to smartstyle since I was little, I went a few weeks ago to have a trim and she cut my layers off, my hair is now jaggid, my bangs are not even and the ends of my hair make a slant to the left side. Honestly it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I simple asked for a trim and what I got was horrid. I will never ever go backhere. I truly thought after a few weeks it wouldn’t look so bad but it still does and honestly ity’s embarrassing. I lost a lot of confidence and my hair has always been my thing. It was a waist of 50 dollars. This girl should be fired.
