Starr is amazing. Her professionalism and congeniality are bar none. I’ve never in my 60+ years of living all over the US and abroad due to my career, met a more dependable, reliable, dedicated and loyal stylist. As a manager, I’ve observed her interactions with others. So impressive! Her ability to flawlessly multitask with the highest level of professionalism is to be emulated! I’m just always so thankful to see her buzzing about every time I walk by the shop as it seems like so many great stylist move on, but not her, she has obviously been the rock, the anchor of the salon. Not mentioning any names, but on a rare occasion that she wasn’t in, I stopped in to make an appointment with Starr and was told there’s no need to wait for Starr, that she could do it. No thanks. It would be an emergency for me to let someone other than Starr cut my hair. I’ve done that in the past and had to go to Starr to get it corrected. Lastly, I observed her interaction with a dementia patient who had been escorted to his appointment by his caregiver. The way Starr treated him melted my heart.

My daughter cut was great. I have curly hair and mentioned such. I wanted a few inches removed but ended up with layers. Some of those layers required the stylist to remove 8 inches. I am dependent on glasses and couldn’t see the detail of what was being cut until it was to late.

I’m writing this because I felt like it needs to be addressed. Anne is amazing and has done everything I’ve ever asked for. If you go there, she’s the one you need to look for! She doesn’t let you leave unsatisfied and she does a phenomenal job with her work. The other one is ok but I prefer Anne. Shes done the best there and I’ll continue going back to her!

My stylist name was Star and she was very knowlegable from the start. My hair was a mess and she knew the perfect cut I’d been asking for for years. She also knew exactly why I was having trouble with my dry, itchy, hair n scalp. As well as damaged hair yet I don’t colour my hair. She got me on an excellent Nexxus product line and I am very excited to try. I strongly suggest both this stylist and salon as their stylist are very well trained.
