I went to this salon so many times, I had Mary do my haircut and color. She did an excellent job very pleased. She was busy the other day when I came in and had Megan refreshed and cut my hair, I asked if she can cut a little more and no complain she said sure. Both stylists are great job performance. Very pleasant.

As you can see Megan at Tilton has my eyebrow raw and bleeding. She repeatedly kept waxing the same spot.Plus my eyebrows dont look how I asked. I even provided a pictire of them previously done for her to look at and asked at the beginning if she could do them like that and she said yes.. i posted the picture thry were suppose to look like at the bottom.All smartstyles need to train the hair stylist better. Not the first time. Will never go back. Would give zero stars if an option!

Brought my two kids in for haircuts (1 boy 1 girl) my son was scared and was tensing up as kids do, and Sarah who did the haircuts was extremely rude, pulling at my child to sit up more, talking to him rudely since he was scared and not listening, he wasn’t moving a ton either so it wasn’t like anyone would get hurt! She clearly doesn’t know how to work with children. I asked for a fade and longer on top and the top is uneven & it’s not a fade at all. As for my daughter I asked for curtain bangs those are uneven and don’t blend so of course I have to try and fix both their hair my self and I am no professional that’s why I came to a professional. Gave a tip and I wish I didn’t with how Sarah was toward my kids and how awful the haircuts came out. Never again.

Critical: QualityWent here to get a haircut and wasn’t pleased with the job. My hair wasn’t cut it was more like hacked. When I called to complain and explain my complaint the manager said “Well I don’t understand what you want me to do!?” And she continued on to say that if I came back in she could of fixed my hair! Why would I go back in to have my hair recut? They hacked it the first time so with that being said I wouldn’t trust to have my hair hacked more. The best thing would be to reimburse me for my troubles. I had to go to another haircut place to have my hair fixed. Thank God they were able to. I will not be going back to this place for a haircut ever again and I will be letting my friends and family know the experience I had here. I will be sticking to Super Cuts, they are professional and they take good care of their customers. When I went there for a hair cut the girl did ask me how I wanted my hair cut , however it didn’t look like I had my hair done. For the waxing she didn’t show me in the mirror after she was done . It was because she missed some spots and I noticed after I left the store. The stylist seemed distracted as different staff member was showing her pictures on her phone while she was cutting my hair . They seemed more interested in showing me their new bath suit purchases on their phone than working . I would not suggest this place .
