Went to the kirkwood location. My hair is horrible!! I’m completely embarrassed to go in public! It’s uneven & the worst color job ive ever seen. I asked them to go over the top of my hair because it wasnt right no blending what so ever!! The whole time my hair was done i was faced to the side for all the wal mart customers to see me instead of facing a mirror. I wasnt offered to see my hair until the end. By that time it was 10 at night!!! I called in and no call from a district manager as promised!!! Its been6 days now waiting another 48 for a regional manager!! I’m beyond up set!!! Worst hair experience ever!!! As a paying customer i shouldn’t have to wait a week for a resolution!!! And have to walk around looking like a fool!!! Zero stars from me
