She spent maybe 5 to 10 minutes on my hair, I left a 50% tip because I thought it was ok. I didn’t have my glasses on. Counting the second hair cut I had to pay for someone else to fix it, this was one expensive disaster. I’m pretty sure the second place thought I tried to cut it myself. Make sure you tell them you don’t want giant bald rings around your ears if you go here.

TEE was the hair dressers name. One star rating is even too much she is a zero!! I went in with long beautiful hair that has taken me years and years to grow. Asking for a trim and she literally CHOPPED all of my hair off! She deserves to have what she did my hair done to her hair. Worst mistake of my life was stepping foot through those doors at Smartcuts the second was letting that person touch me. The first statement out of my mouth when I sat in her chair was…I LOVE THE LENGTH OF MY HAIR. So why in hell did she cut it up to my shoulders when it was down to my waist. When she spun the chair around and I saw in the mirror for the first time what she had just done I was speechless, in shock that all of my treasured hair was GONE!! She said it’s too late now if you think I messed up. I can’t believe she’s still employed and seriously considering taking legal action.
