Kaylee gave me the best hair wash of my life. I might just stop by once in a while, to get my hair washed. It felt more like a scalp massage, instead of a hair wash. She gave me a really cute haircut as well.

Probably the worst hair cut I’ve gotten. I don’t know if the girl was just having a bad day or what but she asked me how I wanted my hair cut so I gave specific instructions on what I wanted and what I didn’t want and she then preceded to do everything I asked her not to do.

Critical: ProfessionalismWe showed up at 2 after calling to get my son a haircut. I didn’t make an appointment but they said we could just walk in. The 2 ladies were with clients. The one just started so i knew she’d be a while but the other looked almost done and said to me it’ll be just a few minutes and we will get to ya. We sat there till 2:45. She continued to play/cut his hair (it was practically practically done when we got there) knowing we were waiting. It was crazy. We just left.So unprofessional. For the longest time, my grandpa was the only person who cut my hair. After he moved, I rarely went to the same place twice and usually months in between. The ladies here are wonderful, and they remember you and what haircut you got. They’re easy to have a conversation with and the environment is mellow. Not sure I can see myself going anywhere else.

I’ve been having my family’s haircuts done at Smart Cuts for years, ever since we moved to Davis County. I love that they have coupons on their website making them more competitive than bigger franchises and they have experienced stylists at their salons. They do you usually have a wait, but it isn’t usually very long. They have books that you can look through for Styles if you don’t know exactly what you want. You can also find something on your phone and show them what you’re after, as well. They have products in store that you can buy and their stylists are always willing to give you show you what to do with your hair. If you do happen to have an issue with something that their stylist may have done, their owner will make it right. She wants to ensure her customers are extremely satisfied. She has two stores in Davis County and one in Weber County so she’s a small business owner right here in our community. I think if we have someone right here who’s offering an amazing product at an amazing price, we should do everything we can to support them.
