Was a last minute plan to get my hair cut & decided to stop by here which was close to where I was heading. Always nervous about going new places but Courtney done an amazing job cutting, framing & trimming my hair! Absolutely couldn’t have went better! A lot of people don’t know I recently got hurt pretty bad my hair was already up in a messy bun for a week before accident then I had it in the messy bun for another couple weeks, resulting in me having huge knots & losing a lot of my hair making it more thin than it already is but they made it look great! Highly recommend Courtney at smart cuts beside Sally’s!

Butchered my wife’s hair. The back of her hair is longer than the front but worse, the back isn’t even level. When she pulls it half up, it’s higher on one side than the other! The top layer is longer than the under side too so it’s not blazingly obvious until she puts it up.

I had a very good experience here. Only a 15 minute wait. I hadn’t had my haircut in many years and only wore in a ponytail. The stylist did an excellent job layering my hair so it looked nice down. The service was also very relaxed and friendly. And the price was very reasonable. Haircut

Every time I’ve came here its been a very pleasant experience!! Kortney is amazing, she always cuts my hair exactly the way i want. If you want a new edgy hair cut with someone who will listen to exactly what you want, please go to her!! Not to mention she’s amazing to talk to, and so easy going. I’ll definitely continue to go to her in the future:)

Horrible service very rude. Asked for 2 min haircut and was told they weren’t taking anymore people. Never heard of a business turn down money before but I guess that’s what lazy people do. Literally a buzz and done. Have come here for years and I’ve always tipped great regardless of the service I received but this is just ridiculous. Based on work I can only come certain times of the day and that was very rude. I had an event tonight and now I can’t get my hair cut thanks a lot Smart cuts for this ridiculously rude service what a shame

Critical: ProfessionalismBeen bringing my kids here for years. All of a sudden they “change” their business hours to closing at 6. Okay, I get covid has affected staffing and businesses etc. However, today we get there at least 25 minutes before closing time and they tell me they won’t have time. Mind you NO ONE IS WAITING. Today there was a lady who looked like was getting her cut finished up and 2 workers. One of which was literally just standing there. The lady literally like pondered it for like 30 seconds and was just like no. Really?!?! If you really close 30 minutes early every day then maybe you should change your little sign to reflect that. Will never come back here again. Asked for a high and tight military hair cut…..simple right? I was asked how they do it so I explained….being the customer..it was so horrid I had to ask her to shave MY ENTIRE HEAD just so i could come home and finish shaving the missing places…i paid the employee and even tipped but no one should EVER have to come home to shave their own head down to a 1 guard just to not look like a child mowed your head…im so irritated over this…if I could suggest one thing..unless you know how to cut your own hair do not go here.

The staff greeted us as we entered. Masks are optional, which I really appreciated. They said it would be about a 45 minute wait. It didn’t take near that long. They did a great job on my hair and were super friendly.
