I recently had an Ashiatsu massage at Smart Body Integrative Massage with Laura Lee and it was outstanding! I’m an athlete and very rarely get body work/massages. This was recommended to me so I did it. The day after my appointment I felt like a new man. My muscles felt amazing…it had been a long time that I felt so good. I visited Smart Body very recently and can’t say enough nice things about Laura Lee and the business she runs. I saw her for a 90 minute Ashiatsu and she really did a fantastic job because I woke up feeling noticeably less tight. We only have one body and I can’t think of anyone better than Laura and her staff to go see to help correct whatever bothers you on your muscles.
