Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe rooms are never swept or cleaned. Its extremely concerning considering after a year of a global pandemic. The walls and fans are covered in dust and hair. The restroom is disgusting. It’s disrespectful to your customers, especially at the prices they charge. We should be able to expect a clean environment. The fans especially, because of them circulating air, need to be cleaned regularly for airborne reasons and simply to be sanitary. There is no reason this could not be maintained. The staff sits on their phones or iPads and barely acknowledge you. Just bc there is no other tanning competition in this town, doesn’t mean you should be able to have such low standards. The health department should temporarily shut it down until it is thoroughly cleaned. Even the vent filter in the hall is covered in thick dust.
