Came from out of town as a walk in. Did not use new supplies, files dirty. As soon as another client walked in abandoned my nails. Male was friendly until new person came in. Did not file nails before gel, did not paint the nail tips. I’m not the person to tell someone how to do their job, I will not recommend anyone going here. Nails look horrible and asked me after if I liked them. I told them no and they did not offer to fix them. Small city nails will stay small, would not return.

Critical: ProfessionalismI called yesterday to make an appointment for today at 10 AM and the lady said yes that she could get me and my mother in today at 10 AM so I called a few minutes ago to confirm that she can still get TWO people in for a manicure and not only did she give me attitude over the phone but says she never said that even though yesterday she told me she could.
