Slim City Weight Loss is Amazing! I started my weight loss journey a year and half ago. This program works when I started my weight was 300lbs. I’m proud to say my weight is now 206lbs! The staff is amazing, friendly, and professional! Critical: CommunicationI was excited to come across Bee Healthy I was able make an appointment very quickly. When I got there I was told that I would meet with the nurse practitioner get the prescription and get the B12 shot. Upon check out I asked about the B12 shots And how often I would get them the person who checked me out said that I can come the following week either Wednesday or Thursday. She also mentioned that since they were preparing to move she would give me a reminder text and/or call. I never received a text /call I didn’t know where they were moving.I received a call today 3 weeks later! They wanted to say schedule me for another visit they didn’t ask why I haven’t showed up so I was glad to tell her then I was disappointed and lost the money that I paid I should get a refund it was a waste of money waste of my time and they should really learn communication I still don’t know where they moved!I was excited to come across Bee Healthy I was able make an appointment very quickly. When I got there I was told that I would meet with the nurse practitioner get the prescription and get the B12 shot.
