Critical: ProfessionalismSadly, I didn’t get the chance to even sit in the salon chair. She contacted me a day before informing me that she wasn’t feel well, and she’ll may have to reschedule all the afternoon appointment for later that day. No problem, I understand health is important. However, I tried contacting her (three times) to follow up and see if there’s another day she will be available or can she reschedule me for another date. I scheduled this appointment a month in advance, hoping to get guidance and pamper my natural hair. It has been two week, no response. It’s highly disappointing because it shows that you have no true interest in helping your potential client. I’m big on customer service, being that I work in customer related environments. Sadly, I didn’t get the chance to even sit in the salon chair. She contacted me a day before informing me that she wasn’t feel well, and she’ll may have to reschedule all the afternoon appointment for later that day. No problem, I understand health is important.
