Definitely worth the ‘VIP All-Access’ monthly fee! You can get 1,000’s of dollars a month in spa services for $120!! My favorite is the HydroMassage w/ L.E.D Facial! (& plenty of amazing products to choose from)…..

Their response was, “Sorry, sometimes that happens.” Luckily I ended the session on my own! Next, I tried to upgrade my plan so called them. The lady told me it would be $139/month for VIP. I went in with that expectation and they suddenly wanted to charge a $150 sign up fee!! I had already been a member for almost a year! I simply cancelled. Paid $40 dollars, and I only received 1 tan. Was not able to go the full time as per front desk. When I went back in to go tanning, they said my time had expired.

Definitely worth the money if you tan at least once a week. I love that I can use the massage bed or chair with my tanning membership. Anything extra (lotion, goggles, upgrades) seem a little pricey.

I absolutely love this place! I have never gone to a tanning salon and received the customer service I have here! They always have amazing deals going on for their packages and tanning lotions and other spa services. The staff is extremely educated and informed on everything Slick Rock has to offer. I get lost with all of the details but it doesn’t matter because if I don’t understand something, they will break it down into an easy to understand explanation. Customer service is on point and it’s such an amazing, relaxing environment to walk into.

I love the early risers package but there always seems to be machines down for the longest time! At one location I was able to use the wellness cocoon while just wearing robe but at another they want me to pay another 5 dollars to wear a plastic sweat suit that it VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and makes it very hard to relax. I get that you sweat some but if you’re wearing a robe and employees are cleaning like they should it should be fine. I feel that’s it’s unfair to pay 80+ dollars a month and then be expected to pay another 5 each session for a suit that is loud and takes away from the spa experience.

I bought a 30 day deal and was told that it wouldn’t start until my girlfriend started to use it because it was a Valentine’s gift. Well I gave it to her early and she used it 2days after I purchased it, which is good because they started the 30 days on the day of purchase. So they lied to me to get the sale then, kept trying to give me a 10 day when the the 30 was the same price and I had to correct the lady 3 times. My girlfriend loves her membership there but I am not happy with the sale of their service and warm anyone about dealing with the financial part of it! If she didn’t like the services so much I would give no stars

Slick rock is my go to for tanning and floating! Tanning is always a great experience and they are very knowledgeable on their beds. Floating in their salt water pod is what keeps me coming back though! It’s an experience like non other and I highly recommend it! Love this place
