The management of the Coeur d’ Alene store must be ecstatic they have such an incredible employee working for them. Without me even asking, Suzy made sure I knew every option they had to offer and got me set up to try 4 things in one day. Never had that happened with any other employee. She has excellent communication skills along with great sales tips w/out being pushy. I hope she is the Trainer. 5 STAR employee for sure! You’re lucky to have her!

I’ve been a member for 2 years. I have the Early bird VIP membership. The equipment offered are amazing…when they work. Between work and family self care is rare. So when you do find the time to go to Slickrock, apply your $100+ tanning lotion and wait in the bed for 10 min only to be told their services are down, your disappointed. This happened twice this week alone. I called customer service and they said no compensation can be given. That’s like going to Starbucks, paying for your coffee and being told their coffee machines are down but they won’t refund you. Insane. Waste of time and product. If it’s not the beds it’s the hydro message being out of order for a month or the photofacial is broken. The only consistent thing Slickrock offers is frustration and poor customer service. MANAGEMENT please improve. You have great staff, locations, tech, and product. Switch to a new software, have better policies regarding compensation for these kinds of situations, and please train customer service on how to engage with the public. You are losing loyal customers.

Absolutely love slick rock! I just do the sunless tanning but it’s quick and super early. They have an unlimited package and price wise it is worth it! I will be tanning twice a week. Majority of staff is pretty nice. There has been a time or 2 it feels like there is giggling and some gossip going on between 2 staff members and it’s slightly uncomfortable to the customer!

42 bucks for my wife and I to get in the door. Nice variety of pools at different Temps. Many families with young children, so if you’re looking for a serene environment, this may not be the best option.

Every location is staffed with the most knowledgeable and attentive employees who are eager to help you meet your goals without being pushy or “sales pitchy”. I’ve been going to Slick Rock on and off for years now, and I love their deals and the fact that they have so many beds and other services available such as the massage chair and the hydro-sports massage for after workouts. The only issue I’ve experienced is when cancelling, they have a VERY strict cancellation policy in the fine-print when you sign up. You NEED to sign paperwork after you tell them you are cancelling. If they tell you that you’re good to go and all canceled, you need to make sure and get receipt that they did indeed cancel your membership or they will continue to charge your card monthly. I only realized a few months later after I moved that they were still charging me, despite me coming in person to cancel before the move. It took a couple hours sending emails to their customer service after telling me nothing can be done, but they finally reimbursed my card for 2 months out of 3 that they accidentally charged me after I cancelled in person since they didn’t have record of me cancelling but could see I haven’t come in in months. I most likely will use another tanning company in the future, just due to their policies.
