Was passing through New Brunswick and googled haircut near me, got this cute barbershop. Loved the atmosphere, clean and professional. Very friendly, fast and efficient service even though I was a walk-in. They do encourage appointments though, and payments are cash only – no swipe, but no worries: ATM conveniently located nearby.

My long time barber retired 2 years ago and I have been looking for a new ever since,. I tried a few different places, one time good haircut, next time not. I read some god stuff online about this place and it is very close to my house so I thought I would give it a try. I have been going to Sam since he opened Slick Clips, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a cut. Great haircuts with a solid price. The staff takes there time with your cut and truly cares about the finished look. Would recommend to a friend. In fact a lot of my friends go to him for their cuts and they would say the same.

Critical: ProfessionalismBeen coming here on and off for a few years now, but my last experience though will be my last. I went in and got a cut from one of the young guys in the back. The cut was fine, but as he was cleaning up my ears I asked if they needed me to undo my mask. The barber responded he was fine, no need, they are careful. 2 minutes later they cut the cord and shredded the back part of my mask.There was no apology, he just walked and brought me one of their disposable masks, unfortunately my mask was not a disposable one, but a handmade one that a family member sent me. No sense of remorse or care or customer service.It’s hard finding a good barber, and I thought I had found one here, but the customer service from the barber in the back was unacceptable to me.Been coming here on and off for a few years now, but my last experience though will be my last.
