I really like this place and Jennifer is very knowledgeable and nice. However, their cost is $471.00 for my hormones. About $100 more than my friends were paying. I liked the place so I paid it . However, this new quarterly “contract” they want you to be on is crazy . That is $550 a quarter for “admin” and then the $471.00 for the hormones. Not cool and not staying. I am researching other places. Too bad I liked this place.

I absolutely love this place! The doctors are so nice and so personable. The nurses are awesome too. Office staff is also great, I have gone to a few weight loss places and this one is by far my favorite. Not just for loosing weight but now I get Botox and am looking at other beauty treatments as well

I have been coming here for 7 years now and never had any problems. Always a great experience. I receive hormone replacement therapy that is a necessity for me, it has always been expensive but worth it because of the benefits. I lost my job temporarily due to COVID but still need to keep up on my health. They recently doubled the cost of pellet insertion out of no where and it doesn’t include any new medications, blood work, nothing.. just a fee to make sure the patient keeps up with their hormones. I asked them twice to kindly waive this new fee for now until I go back to work so I can continue with my hormone health only to be told no. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

I love everything about this place! The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They always go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and doing well. The office is clean with upscale decor. The nurses are top notch! And they have all the latest services to offer that actually work! No up sell here of things that will waste your money. Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo I set up an appointment with this clinic for a “HydraFacial” I am an esthetician myself and offer this service, however it’s very difficult to perform this procedure on yourself because of the serums that can drip down. So this clinic said that they offer this service and it would be $300 dollars! Pretty high, but I know the results of this procedure so I didn’t mind since they offered the add ons. First red flag is they do not have brochures for this procedure, they don’t advertise it on social media platforms or their website, and they also are not a member with HydraFacial. So I called and asked why are they offering me this service and what kind of facial is this actually?? Their response was “we said hydrofacial” I’m here to say do your research!! There is noooo such thing as “hydrofacial” if you do a google search and type that in the procedure “hydrofacial” it’s actually “HydraFacial” that pops up! This is a fraud facility and the reason why they don’t promote “hydrofacial” is because it’s illegal and they are not doing the service they claim. So in all actuality you have no clue what they are putting on your face. Take your money to riverside aesthetics and pay $149 for the real honest thing! For corona area the highest cost for this procedure is usually $199, and if you go to Glenn ivy or mission inn it’s $250. Shame on this clinic for charging people who aren’t educated on this $300 dollars for a service that’s not even the real or legal thing! Thankfully I know what I’m talking about and what I am looking for and you didn’t spoof me for 300 dollars! Jen is just a complete sweetheart who truly does care about people and you never feel like you are a number or rushed… she takes time to discuss whatever’s going on and makes solid recommendations and gives great advice. Her energy is contagious. Actually all the girls in the office are really outgoing, positive and overall just very kind human beings. The office is always clean and smells great as if they are expecting guest into their home and that makes it even more inviting. I have been going there for a lil while now for weight loss and so far I’ve kept it off and I’m happy with that for now. I have a bunch of spinal issues and unfortunately im destined to have another surgery, the only true relief will come from a fusion but I have to put that off as far into the future as possible. If I keep weight off and keep losing more I hope it will be that much more bearable to live without surgery. SLENDER ME has helped me tremendously with this because I couldnt do it alone….I’ve tried.
