Critical: ProfessionalismVery unprofessional. And popular add an appointment and unfortunately my aesthetician had an emergency and had to reschedule. When she text me and told me she needed to reschedule I said fine let’s come up with a date and time because I was using a groupon and they will expire. It was A week before she contacted me back she rescheduled the appointment, I showed up for my appointment 45 minutes early because I’d rather wait then to be late and she never showed up. I called her the same day and it says do not leave a voicemail message but send a text I sent her a text she never respond I left went to work and the next day I called again no answer I sent another text and again as of this moment she still has not contacted me back. Although the amount is small but I had to pay a scheduling fee to book online. I don’t think it’s fair that I had to give them money to not show up for my appointment.Very unprofessional.
