I had the most lovely experience at this salon today as a first-time client! Personally, going to the salon is something that makes me incredibly anxious as I have had some pretty negative experiences in the past. I have very thick, long, frizzy hair that is incredibly difficult to work with, and thus, a lot of hair stylists can get a bit annoyed with having to deal with it (understandably). Then, I often feel like a bother and put off going to the salon until my hair is even more difficult to work with.

I just visited Taryn Saturday, she was awesome! The consultation was the most thorough I’ve ever had! She really listened to my needs and went through each strand of hair (and I have a lot) to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Hair cut was great as well. Will definitely be going to her from now on.

Ashley did an amazing cut and color on my hair! Everyone there was so friendly and professional. I wish I could post a pic for everyone. Ashley exceeded my expectations and also color corrected areas that were very much needed. She is such a sweet young lady. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she nailed it! Thank you Ashley! I will be coming back!

I went to Jallil, the aesthetician in the salon, for a full face wax and facial. Normally when I get a wax done there’s always hair left on my face, not only was the waxing practically pain-free, my face is as smooth as it has ever been, I cannot believe it! The black coral wax that she used was amazing. Then, the facial that she did was just unbelievable! I got the vampire facial and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep but I kept trying to stay awake because I was afraid I was going to miss something! Her hands felt magical and like they were just floating over my face! I am so relaxed and my skin feels rejuvenated and young and looks absolutely amazing. Thank you Jallil for all that you do I will definitely be coming back.

I scheduled an appointment a week ahead, gave them my phone number and everything and when I arrived there on the appointment day and drove all the way to Murrieta they told me that something had happened and they cannot accommodate me! My husband took the day off to watch the baby, especially for me to get my hair done – something I have been planning to do for weeks already. Very unprofessional and not recommended at all. If your time is valuable to you, I wouldn’t recommend these people at all.

Love the stylist, less than professional manager. Summer, ac broken, stylist called the manager who then came to the salon thinking the stylist didn’t know what she was talking about. The manager came in, was unable to get the AC to work, turned around and walked out. Glass of water? Oscillating fan? 10% off of next visit… nothing. The following visit over heard her talking negatively about customers. Unprofessional and lack of customer service. Unfortunate
