Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityWe had an appointment for Saturday 5/1/21 we arrived a little early, the stylist had other clients that were there waiting for her! One lady had been sitting for an hour. I waited patiently, in hopes she would call or just show up, she never did, other clients came in as well , they left disappointed and angry. There was a lady there with her daughter who was so excited for her first sew in , they waited along with me in hopes our Stylist would show we waited together a total of 2 hours and 6 minutes the girl was in tears , she asked her mom what are we going to do mom and the lady, and her daughter left. I will say the salon was dirty , food and beverage containers left all in the waiting area amd the floor was nasty and the nail tech that was there was mean as well, if you’re going to pay for a Aervice at least you can treat yourself incoming clients and guest that are waiting with kindness. This is the 3 rd time she has done this to me last year for my anniversary and now another anniversary without my hair done. This salon is so Unprofessional! This has encouraged me to learn how to do my own hair. We had an appointment for Saturday 5/1/21 we arrived a little early, the stylist had other clients that were there waiting for her! One lady had been sitting for an hour. I waited patiently, in hopes she would call or just show up, she never did, other clients came in as well , they left disappointed and angry.
