I wanted to use this salon because there are such great reviews on Google. The rating is not as high on FB. I called the business, the lady’s tone was slightly rude, and to top it off, after messaging her, she never bothered calling me back. I’m of the mindset that you should keep your word no matter what it is or how small the matter because you’re only as good as your word, and also, the fact that she didn’t call me back after saying she would is very unprofessional.
